just wondered because me being 23 what is there to do in winter haven?

You may have to go to Lakeland. Winter Haven is a little dull. Try Christy's on US 17 in downtown Winter Haven. They have live music. I have friends in a band called Work Release that play there sometimes.

If you are 23 years old, you might find Winter Haven quite boring. It is very quiet and slow there. It is located in the Polk County area of Florida. It's neighboring counties are Osceola, and Orange. Try visiting the Tampa Bay area, that would be more of your speed. Nice clubs, beaches, shopping centers, malls, you know, stuff for young people to do..
Most of Polk County is slow and wide open space, it will be developing I guess, in the next 5 years, if not so already.
But don't be discourage, you will find plenty to do as soon as you become familar with the area's within and throughout your county.

I use to live near by in Plant City, and no there really isn’t much to do out there. Tampa’s about an hour away and has some nice clubs, and Orlando’s city walk is also a bit of a drive but worth it from what I have heard.
