I know its thru the DMV but is there a different form for Vets or an easier way to get it than civilian handicaps?

I believe the form is the same for both vets and civilians. However, the dmv will probably ask for proof from your doctor showing you really are disabled.

Just because you're a veteran doesn't mean you get disabled plates. If you are truly disabled, see a physician and get a statement and then go to the DMV.

Your local county clerk can assist you. It's through them, whether you are a vet or not.

no you have to go through DMV becuase its related to your vehicle
