the online company is located in canada ,they have alocal cunsumer service here but they refuse to get me my money back guarantee ,the terms were 2 months ,they said that waranty only for certain type of product

buisnesses are smarter then the average consumer they print alot of little words and they why they word things are a ploy i would say eat your losses and move on never do buisness with em and tell anyone who will listen about how they did you word of mouth has proven to destroy buisnesses so instead of getting an attorney which will end up costing you more in the end move on and just speak out about it

If they made promises they didn't keep and you can prove it, then, yes, you can sue. Just make triply sure you get a good lawyer.
