I doubt you have to be 18 to go to a Suns game without an adult. I've been to a few Celtics games when I was still a teenager without having a parent come. The NBA likes getting kids there, so I'd find it pretty hard to imagine not letting youth into the game without adults. Just to double check, call 602-379-SUNS to find out.

There is no minimum age limit for getting into a professional sporting event. If you can pay, you can watch them play.

Unless you plan on smoking while in the building, I don't see why not.
Of course, if you were smoking inside, they'd probably kick you out regardless of age.
