You probably need to finish your goal on getting married,that's what I had to do.To get married make dinner and invite over any guy on the game you like.After the 2 of you eat dinner then ask him or he'll ask you,but more enlikely you'll have to ask him.After you get married you'll unlock either a car or a love bed or something!

Check your goals and see what you haven't finished (not including job related goals for a job you don't have)
