hell yeah! I'm totally addicted! I love reading the questions that people have, and answering when i can...finding people that i can relate to and knowing that maybe somethign I say might make a difference in someone's life. I think its a great site for many reasons. It's a source of info, it's a place for people to share their talents and knowledge, its a place where people find out they are not alone, its a place that you can ask for help and not feel stupid, or intrusive, or like you should just keep your mouth shut. I see no harm in being addicted to this site, it helps people in so many ways...big or small, a question is a question, and help in any way is a good thing. It helps me to ask, and it helps me even more when i can answer. I'm sure many people feel the same way.

I just started asking and answering on yahoo. I do find it somewhat addicting as well. It can't be bad, it gives me a good laugh once in a while, not to mention it can be very educational, and I get some good opinions too. You can even make new friends:)

Have a good trip for starters. I'm not addicted either. I'll just glad that I'm glad to help people with their questions, whether it's serious like for homework or TV, or just for fun, like for surveys and trivias. I'm also glad that people helped me out for research purposes on my novel, short stories, nonfiction articles and poetry too. It could be addictive, if you're at a high level and spend numerous hours a day on it. I think it could do more harm if you're addicted and more good if you're not. I'll suggest that YA members to go on it sporadically, even when bored, and explore life to the fullest, like movies, TV and on taking a break from it.

"Gosh ginny c! There can be no doubts that yahooanswers is addictive. The format was created to motivate interest in achieving number goals that indicate increase of intellectual prowess. To participate lends circumstance for reinforcement of the ego over and over. This propensity to "best" others, built into the structure, seeks it's own level to no apparent ends until one reaches level 7; however, the perks for our egos continue unabated in continuous questions and answers participation.
I don't believe it's injurious."

I think it can be addictive...but I dont think theres anything wrong with being addicted to knowledge and a healthy sharing of perspective...there are definitely worse things you could be addicted to.
I think its actually a good thing....unfortunately, I find that with each BRB I take, I get drastic shakes, night sweats, and cold fevers...
