Hindi music? I like Christian music!
As far as Indian music I used to like sitarist Ravi Shankar. I think he is Norah Jones father, by the way.
I also liked the Indian/jazz group Shakti. It centered around John McLaughlin on guitar but also featured an Indian violinist.

I'm rather partial to Jal Jaayen by Josh Kabhi right now, but since I have only a little Hindi music in my collection I'm sure that will change as the selection grows.
