Perhaps you haven't developed mature ways for expressing your annoyance.
My dad never lost his temper, but you knew he was annoyed when he would just say, "I'm disappointed."
Learn to underreact so that people will take you seriously and not treat you like a juvenile.

It's a way of putting you in your place and to make it seem like you're always a *********. If it is a problem that EVERYONE is telling you this, then you should maybe re-evaluate how you act. Something you do is giving off that *********.y. aura.
