I have a tracfone and i am thinking of switching to virgin mobile..what are your thoughts on this? which is better..tell me ANY complaints about virgin mobile you have..i was thinking of going by the minute, by the text for my plan..thanks so much

I just switched from a tracfone to virgin mobile and i really like it, it is cheaper by the minute than tracfone, and the phones are cooler. Mine is set up by the minute, this works well if you don't talk a lot, and if if you decide you want to upgrade to a monthly plan you can at any time. I also get good reception, I defiantly recommend switching.

I'm not sure of virgin mobile, but it's bound to be better than a Tracfone. Those are a rip off. They cost you a minute a day, whether you use it that day or not.
I really think you'd be better off going with a basic, low cost plan from a major provider instead of going with the prepaid. Prepaids aren't all they're cracked up to be. Read the fine print before you spend any money on them, and really consider something like Alltel, Cingular, etc.

Yes, go with Virgin. The have better rates And better phones, like the Snapper and the Switch_back.
