I was a few days ago. We thought it was a boy and a girl, but it was two girls! Their names are Hayden Angela and Ryder Elizabeth.

My twins are now 14 months old. One of the greatest concerns my doctors I spoke to was to make sure you have a great support team - spouse, parents, grandparents, sisters, etc. You need all the help you can get once the twins are born. A great place to get in touch with other moms to be that have the same concerns is the message boards at BabyCenter.com. The great thing about the message boards is that you can ask questions and get answers from people who are experiencing the same as you.

I was pregnant with twins -- they are 7 yrs old now.

While pregnant I suggest you eat healthy and more than
2000 calories a day. It will help the babies grow bigger.

Ask your Doctor if he can refer you to a nutrionist so
they can prepare a healthy diet for each day.

It will help you and your babies greatly.

My babies were 20in and 19 with weights:
6lbs 14 oz and 6lbs 3oz.

Take Care!
