Hello,

A site URL is the address in cyberspace that
when entered in your browser will take you
to that site.

Example:
http://yahoo.com

We all need an identity in the internet so that's
a way of doing it..people need to find a site
so with URL you can...it's like your mailing
address -- people need your address
if you want them to visit you.

I hope that helps..
