i am weightgaining as part of a bulking up as my structure at the moment is skinny but toned (which can be okay but i want more) so i need to know how much is a good amount to put on.I have a fast metabolism and have an active lifestyle,Should i dum it down a little and be a bit lazy??

Don't tune down your active lifestyle; that will not get you more muscle! If anything it will just be fat, and you don't want that. A half-pound a week is a reasonable expectation if you are actively working hard 4-5 days a week in the weight-room.

you should stay under weight becuse if you put on weight when you dont want to you will or will be colse to over weight take it from some body who knows
