Inu-Yasha wins. since he has more powerful attacks.
a few things to think about first
inuyasha is sometimes described as Dragon Ball Z for girls
in both shows they some times lose a fight and then come back and win against the same foe after getting stronger.
all of goku's attacks are physical or energy
inuyasha's attacks are physical and mystical energy
what is more powerful a demon or a mortal
goku fights mortals
inuyasha fights demons
inorder to prevent arguments we will discount goku's ability to do fusion with other saiyans. in otherwords no help from teammates.
goku's abilities are
1. kame-hame-ha [e]
2. bukujutsu (flight)
3. genki dama (spirit ball) [e]
4. hasshuken (eight fists)
5. Jan-Ken-Gu (rock) [closed fist punch]
6. Jan-Ken-Chyoki (scissors) [two fingered eye poke]
7. Jan-Ken-Pa (paper) [open palm strike]
8. Kaio-Ken [power up, potentially deadly to user]
9. Kienzen (destructo disk) [e]
10. Renzoku Kikou Dan (energy beam)

Inu-Yasha's quick healing ability doesn't take effect since it takes allnight while he sleeps to work.

backlash wave overpowers kame-hame-ha and redirects all the energy back at Goku

inuyasha: quickly turns around and jumps into the air to avoid attack.

inuyasha: you bastard what did you do that for?

inuyasha: take this
inuyasha: adamant barrage
goku: takes heavy damage
goku: genki dama (spirit ball)
inuyasha: red tetseiga
inuyasha: holds tetseiga infront to deflect some of the deadly energy away from him selfas the rest passes past him.
goku: what your still alive?
inuyasha: you've just made me mad.
inuyasha: draws Sounga with left hand, tetseiga in right
inuyasha: eyes become red, fangs and claws double in size
goku: Super Saiyan 4 Kaio-Ken-10
goku: kame-hame-ha
inuyasha: batts kame-hame-ha away with Sounga
inuyasha: dragon twister (Sounga)
goku: genki dama (spirit ball)
inuyasha: wind scar (wind scar, adamant barrage)
wind scar wraps around genki dama redirecting it at goku wind starts to glow golden, then shatters and lets loose adamant barrage.
goku: gets hit with the force of all three. and takes serious damage
goku: falls to ground and transforms back into his original form
inuyasha: sheaths Sounga and then tetseiga
goku: where did you get such power?
inuyasha: I fought for it.
inuyasha: don't bother us again or next time i won't go so easy on you. understand?
inuyasha: see you around.
Inu-Yasha wins Yea!
And yes I know the Dragon Ball Fans will be mad at me for this but hey from what I see inuyasha has more fans anyways
expecially when you count the girls that like the show.

Goku wiil win because inuyasha is just a demon but goku is a saiyan and goku has 5 including the ssjg:goku is god if he transform into ssjg but inuyasha is demon.who do you think would won.goku right

Obviously Inuyasha, Simple as that his attacks are to powerful and he has more skill then goku although i really like them both but Inuyasha is more stronger

Well id hate to seem like the one who follows the croud.. but in my opinion.... Goku takes it. I mean come on.. How many supersayan transformations are there? from what i last left off it was at 4 were goku turned all furry and stuff.. not to mention 3 with gotanks.. and the other kid.. "vegetas kids" transformered to the 3rd one.. who could forget the first one with the freeza saga... ahh good times. But dont get my wrong im not like on one side, inuyasha could own Goku easy if he gets close enough Hackin and Slashin ftw. But the answer i have for you is Goku.. unlimited upgrades lol.. its like they can never get enough... gl :D

obiamente inuyasha inuyasha es un semi deminio con una espada demoniaca que tienen ,el viento cortante,bancuriuja y el aujero infernal o se me olvidaba tifon de adiamantina goku es un simple unano que nesecita de las energias de los demas y por cierto sin cortar a miroku,sango,shippo,kirara,kagome,kikio,ysesshomaru todos ellosa matarian a todos los de la serie en resumen INUYASHA ganaria

Inuyasha, hands down, think of it, the Tetsusaiga has three ultimate attacks,. The Windscar, the Backlash wave, and a third one(which I forget) and even then, if he loses the sword, there is his demonic form...Inuyasha would tear Goku apart, limb from limb
