My husband and I have just started to do yoga together and we are wanting to try these positions to spice up the bedroom. And I heard about both kama sutra and tantra and I'm confused on which is which.

Kama Sutra is an old eastern philosophy that goes into detail of different positions that increase the chances of the woman to enjoy sex. Their book shows the details of each position. Tantra is mid eastern that is more into the chakras or 7 areas of the body that all of your emotion and feelings go through. If you know how to achieve the ultimate feeling in the chakras, your chances of increasing orgasmic experience increase greatly. Tantra involves more touching and getting through the hangups that one develops in life, so they can be more capable of being orgasmic. In Tantra you learn how to please your partner through massage and other ways. You also learn about your own body and how to maximize your own orgasm. I fully suggest looking into Tantra. It will help anyone grow sexually as well as teach you how to help your spouse (partner) grow as well. Good Luck

I've never heard of Tantra. I just wanted to answer to thank you for the new idea. Try Kama Sutra. Those Yoga lessons definitely won't go to waste.
