This symbol is on a pillow and I've been researching all over trying to find what it means... It doesn't look like any Kanji I have ever seen, nor is it Hiragana or Katakana but it could still be Japanese or even Chinese; it looks like a more stylised version of the Hebrew letter Dalet or like the Korean Giyeok (k-g) but am not sure about that. It could also be some other ancient symbol or a character in another language.

Anyone has an idea what this could be? I'd appreciate any information you can give me.

Thanks in advance! =0)

I believe it's the symbol for the Hebrew letter Daleth meaning the door.
