Does anyone know a website that you could put in a property address (residential) and be able to get the legal description, such as lot number and deed book page?

Typically, you can find that information as well as buyer, price, etc. through the county where the property is located. Many counties now have searchable databases online that you can use. Go to the county web site, find real estate assessments and see if there is an online database. If not, you may have to pay a visit to the property assessment office.
