Mr. President.
All ex-presidents are referred to that way when they are greeted. You see this in interviews all the time. They don't say.. hi Mr Former president... they are still referred to as Mr. President.
That would be pretty cool... "Now announcing Mrs and Mr President."

An interesting question.
Since it is without precedent, It is kind of thought provoking.
All joking aside, it seems that First Gentleman is a strong contender, since it is the male alternative, strictly speaking, to First Lady.
The problem here, of course, is the fact that the man in the equation is a former President, for which it is customary to refer to emeritus office holder "Mr. President." In this vein, it seems something a bit more honorific is in order, although I confess I have no solid ideas regarding this...

Mrs. & Mr. Pres.! 8 more yrs of Clinton, cause you don't think Mrs. Pres is going to let Mr. Pres. beat her? Oh people be careful what you "wish" for! Don't expect to see Mr. Pres. hanging around the White House though. Gee "if" she ever did get elected President she could appoint Ol Bill as head of foreign relations lol and send him on long trips!lol

Depends on the situation, former president Clinton, Mr. President or first gentleman. Those that know him just call him Bill.

Since he is a former President, and would be married to the president, either of the following would probably be acceptable:
Mr. President (always used for former presidents)
Mr. First Man

A President that is exposed for a failure more and more each day. A man who has no integrity and chases skirts all the time. A man who does not understand how seriously dangerous having sex with an intern can be for this country.

We won't call Clinton anything. We'll call Hillary "Simply Insane" because if she becomes the President, America will fall apart. After reading what she plans to do, I'd much rather see Condolezza on the American throne.
