Women generally have anal sex because it's taboo and because men pressure them into it. However, there are no nerve endings in the anus so women will never be stimulated in the way they would with vaginal sex. It's incredibly bad for the sphincter muscles and women that indulge in it on a regular basis to please their partner could find themselves wearing pantyliners in later years because of faecal incontinence. Not a pleasant prospect!
