yes, you can and will be deported and you should be, unless you are black then the N,A,A,C,P, will holler prejudice , same if you have A.I,D,s so tell me who gets prefferenical treatment in the good old U,S of A and don;t yell prejudice or you willl be in for a supprise,

Yes, a resident alien will be deported for committing a crime. They are required to sign an agreement prior to receiving their green card. Also, if they are illegal immigrants, they will be deported as that is a crime in itself.

you are going to have to say what the crime was and the state were it happened before I can say yes or no to this question because some states are a little bit more lenient on certain crimes
