My parents are going to let me get either a piercing on top of my ear on double pierced which one should i get?

The double on the lobe.
It's easier to pick earrings for without worrying how they go in. You can wear more styles since really big, chunky, or long earrings look bad at the top. In the future when it's time to worry about a job, less places object to two bottom holes than the top ones. Less worry about it getting caught in your hair and brushes than at the top. And it heals faster than the cartilage piercings.
You can always go back in a year or so and get the top done if you want to.
Just my opinion, from a woman who had her cartilage done and now I hardly ever wear anything in it. But I wear earrings in my bottom holes all the time.

I'd go with the double piercing just because I had problems with my cartilage piercing. One ear just would not heal. It wound up being a waste of money. =(

Double piercings look hot! But u need 2 pick somthing u feel comfortable with.

I prefer Tattoos myself but i would suggest getting the double piercing i think that looks better.

top of the ear throbs but looks coo. Double pierce is less painful. Pick your own poison.

double pierced its so much cuter. my doctor told me there was this girl and she got the top of her ear pierced and it got infected so they had to cut out a piece of her ear!

a double piercing, i had my top pierced a few different times and they always had a big bump that bled for months and wouldn't go away... i have 3 at each bottom and i like it!!

the double is sooo boring I say do up top, it hurts for like a second & it's done. I have 9 holes in my ears but my fav is the one up top it looks so cool
