Batter the crap out of the bloke; you really will feel much better for it. And never mind all that old baloney about how violence doesn't solve anything. Chances are, you don't need a solution, you need instant gratification. And what better way to achieve that than through the mindless application of extreme violence?
Then consign her to the used folder and move on to something new and interesting.

No! If she was your girlfriend before she would have known that you hated the other guy. That is so wrong for her to just shove him in your face like that. Even if she can't control her feelings she should know that it would be hard for yall to be friends when she is going out w/your enemy. Just keep your distance.

I think no because if you do then she is goting to think that she can get you back anytime she wants. Just tell her she made her decision and good bye. One day the lucky girl will come along and presto you will be happy again. Good Luck!!!

Being friends requires some level of trust. It doesn't sound to me as if you'll really trust her after this. I think that you could be friendly to her, but not so much friends with her.
I'd chalk it up to experience and put it behind you.

Stay friends with her...but avoid him. It would only create bad feelings between the three of you if the hostilities showed.

Stay friends with her if you think she's worth the friendship, but don't get romantically involved with her again, cos she'll probably just break your heart again.

...She broke up with you because she wants to be with someone else that doesn't want to be with her? I hope I understand this...
Honestly, I think I'd be too bitter to have anything to do with that person.
