Help with collective nouns?

I am doing a school project with collective nouns. i have to make a little book (don't ask, my teacher is weird) and pick a theme. i picked a mall because it seemed easy enough, but i'm having trouble coming up with collective nouns to use in this project. could anyone help me pick stores and collective nouns to go with them?
