If I were you I would contact your workmen's comp carrier contact person. You didn't say how long you have been on workmen's comp. If it has been more than that you need to start making some phone calls.

takes about three weeks for it to start pay they dont move to fast because if they take there time with it this way they figure you will try an get back to work sooner == saves them money == i am an ex union stewart took care of this stuff on daily basis == just hang in there an dont let them forget you == do you have a union if so go to them now

I thought only 30 days. Someone should be helping you. Keep bugging your employer, otherwise go to your state offices and find the division in "labor" that handles that.
