I have an AGP Slot in my CPU and I Just won a PCI Express Video Card and recieved it and I was wondeing before I put it in if it would even work?

No. Completely different tech.

Pins are in a different arrangement, are "lower"..

in addition to all that, - the power levels are completely different.

Nope, Sorry. There's 3 distinct slot type video cards

AGP - PCI - PCI-e (Express)

1: You can sell the card and buy a PCI-e card
2: Contact the company that you won the video card from ask ask if there is a way to trade the card.
3: Contact the company who made the video card and ask if there is a way to trade the card for a PCi-e card

NOTE: Assuming you have NOT opened the box.........

No. They're strictly designed for PCIe slots that can be found on most new motherboards where the AGP slot once was.

Yes, it can fit in there.
But you really got to push it down hard and possibly snap some of the plastic.

Will it run? Not a chance, but it's still quite possible that you can make it fit.
