My sister got a speeding ticket for 15 over, and even though she fought it and got some points taken off her license it still cost her over $200. I got in an accident two years ago and got a ticket for failure to yeild. I went to court and got all my points taken away and I didn't have to pay, but I did have to write a 3,000 word paper on safe driving.
I should clarify that my sister was actually doing 35 over, and the police officer gave her a ticket for 15 over. The magistrate had the ticket with the radar speed on it and I think that he already figured that the police officer gave her some mercy and she didn't deserve more.

I have gotten 1 speeding ticket in 10 years of driving. I was going 36 in a 25 and my ticket was $60-some dollars. My husband (back when we were dating) once got a ticket for going 33 in a 15 (school zone) and that ticket was almost $200!

I got a parking ticket in detroit, for street cleaning,,,,,,,hahahahwhat a joke there was a pile of crap all over the whole road and there were no proper parking signs,,,,I tried to fight it and they sent the message to my old address which was a lie because my car was clearly reg. in my present address and that i missed the court day it is a scam i had to pay 80 dollars instead of the original 30.The whole city is a scam and corrupt so i dont even bother to go near now. I also had a five over in my town and i tried to fight and it costs 100 dollars in the end so....my advice is just pay it unless u know someone in the courthouse.

i don't think of you ought to use a criminal professional to combat a dashing value tag. Why do you ought to look in courtroom? that's substantial to be responsive to to greater efficient answer your question... I in user-friendly terms theory you had to look in courtroom in case you have been contesting/scuffling with the value tag. seems such as you be responsive to you have been dashing so what variety of arguement are you able to are making to get it dropped? What could a criminal professional have the flexibility to argue on your behalf? you ought to have a very valid arguement, else you mustn't even attempt to contest. in case you obtain a value tag and it substitute into your first one, you ought to ask the decide to waive the factors and in simple terms pay the advantageous. this would not continuously artwork. It relies upon at this variety of decide you get and what case is going in the previous you. A punk baby went suitable in the previous me and alter into so disrespectful he pissed the decide suitable off and not one of the persons scuffling with tickets have been given something waived - inclusive of me. what number factors do you have on your making use of record? that's what determines no count if it impacts your coverage. 24 mph over - the advantageous would be high priced. what number factors is it? you may ought to stay with this my chum. you will ought to be greater careful going forward. in case you get too many factors you have gotten greater beneficial than an coverage subject - you have gotten a suspended license. good good fortune.
