Depends on how much air the suit traps in it.

it depends
something will sink or float depending upon its AVERAGE density compared to water
lead is much more dense than water, air is much less dense than water
if you figure out the volume of the inflated suit with you and weights in it, and then you figure out the weight of the inflated suit with lead weights and you, then you can calculate the average density of the inflated suit
if that density is more than 8.4 lbs/gal, then you will sink

figure out how much water is displaced if you were to completly submerge the air filled suit. Take this same volume of water and figure out how much it would weigh. This amount of weight - your weight = the weight it will take to sink you to the bottom.

that depends on how much buoyancy the suit will give
if the suit can withstand the weight then yes but if it cant then no
it is all determined on how much air is inside the suit and the surface area
