I think this guy might have forgot or just flat out just doesn't want to hurt your feelings when he says no... ask him again he might just still be thinking though.

Two weeks is way too long. Call and ask him for a definite answer. If he still won't give you one, drop him. He is waiting for a better offer. Don't ask someone you barely know. You will have a terrible time. Ask a friend instead. At least you know you will have some laughs and some fun.

He has already given you the answer by not responding.
If he wanted to go with you he would have informed you immediately. Two weeks is saying don't ask again and I am not interested. Forget him and ask someone else who is more decisive and polite.

I think people should be able to give you an answer right when you ask them. What is there to think about? Either they like you or they don't. I'd give him maybe 3 days and then move on.

I would say immediately. It seems most of the answers you received before me is the same. Majority rules ;-D. Good luck finding another date before it's too late.

I think that he doesn't want to go with you so he's trying not to tell you this because he doesn't want to hurt you. You should think about that: Are you going to be hurt if he tells you that he doesn't want to go with you? If not tell him that it's doesn't matter if his answer is yes or no but it matter that he answers.

if he didn't answer you at the time you asked then he is not interested in going with you. I would move on.
