GREAT move; they have newly aquired John Abraham (DE) and DeAngelo Hall (CB)

I think it's a good move. The falcons usually lead the league in rushing which means their defense is not on the field as long and they will be well rested. Make the deal.

Atlanta will be the better unit talentwise, but their division has really high powered offenses with game breakers (Steve Smith, Reggie Bush, Cadillac Williams).
By contrast, Cincinnatti DOES have to play Pittsburgh, but they won't be quite as good this year. They also get Baltimore's piddling offense, and Clevelands much improved (though still not to be feared much) unit.
Also, considering the anchors on Cincy's D haven't gotten into trouble (and Chris Perry is an RB), I wouldn't do it.

That could be a great move. Atlanta made some offseason moves, and could be a very formidalble and stingy defense. If someone is making you that kind of offer, take it!

Toss a coin. It's six of one, half dozen of the other.
