I think if we impeached Bush that would be a signal to the world that the USA does not agree with his war tactics and global cowboy diplomacy(bullying the world).
An example of this was last month when a few factions of Al Queda said they would not attack any USA civilians or solders any longer if the USA would withdraw from Iraq.
Also, it is an irrelevant question because no matter the outcome he should be impeached for breaking his oath of office to the American ppl and constitution, war crimes by knowingly violating the Geneva Convention and breaking the law of which the Supreme Court has been catching him on lately.
It has already been proven that he knowingly lied to congress and the public about WMDs BEFORE we went to war with Iraq. I saw the interviews proving this with a Lt General, CIA personnel and whitehouse officials on Frontline - The Dark Side.

If there was not a republican congress, we would be having impeachment hearings as we speak with all those witnesses telling the public the truth

First of all, it will never happen. He has done nothing to warrant that. Second of all, I am sick of the misinformation that people on Answers are putting out there. Specifically, to Beach Bum:
You said

We went into Iraq because Saddam refused to honor the cease fire agreement after the Gulf War. I watched Pres Bush say this with my own eyes on national tv before we went into Iraq. We could not risk that he would get a nuke. He already had chemical weapons because he gassed the Kurds.

Al Qaida is lying on this one. They will not stop attacking us until we kill them all. You believe an enemy that is sworn to kill us. This is nieve thinking.

First of all, the Geneva Convention only applies to uniformed combatants. Terrorists we catch on the battle field do not qualify. The Supreme Court ignored the Geneva Convention and amended a treaty they have no Constitutional authority to. What exactly did Pres Bush do to violate his oath of office? You cite nothing specific.
You stated

Here you quote a few to make your point. How do you know Pres. Bush lied? Do you know the man? Were you there? As I already stated, Saddam used chemical weapons and murdered thousands. If that is not mass destruciton, then the Pope is converting to a muslim. What about the countless stories about experts who state the WMD's were moved to Syria?
You stated

You finally stated something factually acurate. If the Democrats were in charge, they would have impeachment hearings. Eventhough the Republicans have done some stupid things, this shows why they must stay in office. We are dead if we get another President like Clinton who refused to deal with this. I live within range of NY city. If there is a nuke, everyone I know is dead.

If only there were a reason to impeach him, which there isn't. Why doesn't anyone understand that he shows real leadership and not just blowing in the proverbial political wind. If you don't want to be safe maybe you should head over to a Middle East country and see how long it takes for you to have YOUR head sawed off!

Finally, the third category consists of democratic socialists who favor some of the same measures the communists advocate, as described in Question 18, not as part of the transition to communism, however, but as measures which they believe will be sufficient to abolish the misery and evils of present-day society.
These democratic socialists are either proletarians who are not yet sufficiently clear about the conditions of the liberation of their class, or they are representatives of the petty bourgeoisie, a class which, prior to the achievement of democracy and the socialist measures to which it gives rise, has many interests in common with the proletariat.
It follows that, in moments of action, the communists will have to come to an understanding with these democratic socialists, and in general to follow as far as possible a common policy with them – provided that these socialists do not enter into the service of the ruling bourgeoisie and attack the communists.
It is clear that this form of co-operation in action does not exclude the discussion of differences.

No, I don't think so, it would amount to the removing of a terrible president. I think the world would look up to us as we would have done the right thing. Besides there are not many in the world that like George Bush and his imperialist ways.

What made us look weak and unable to follow our own laws was when Clinton walked after breaking the law.

Bush would have to be impeached first. And even tho this will break your heart.... he hasnt been convicted of any impeachable offence. He is still, and will likely remain, Presedent George Walker Bush.

Probably.
But we look even weaker and more foolish by allowing someone to violate our constitution and break our laws at will, and then gloat about it on national television.
If we can't even enforce our own laws against our own elected officials, then we look far worse than weak.

Weak? I don't know. But it would make us appear to be a country in disarray to the rest of the world and a prime opportunity for those who hate us to strike at us.
