She says 'Sometimes yuo treat me like a little girl, other times you want me to be your mother, other times your private porn star, other times, a business partner. Why can't you just treat me as your WIFE?!' well, what does that mean? She don't fully know either

you answered your own question: they don't know.
but, maybe i can give you some suggestions:
little girl: maybe you are being condescending? buy the book "7 Habits of highly effective people" and read chapter 3: listening.
mother: when she cooks or cleans, show some appreciation. it doesn't have to be expensive or extensive. for example, every time my wife cooks for me, i give her a kiss and a complement afterwards. sometimes, the complements are pretty vague (e.g. "now i'm not hungry.")
porn star: hmm. this is odd. do you make her put on shows for you, or act in ways she wouldn't do normally during sex? you shouldn't do that in general, or, at least, not every time.
a business partner: you need to be a little more sensitive when dealing with family (any family) as compared to a business partner.
[edit] i talked to my wife about this question, and she says that it sounds like you are too absolute. in each situation, you only treat her one way. try to relax a little.

She just wants u to take care of any responsibilities that comes up and don't include her on some of the decisions u make. Some women can't take as much as men b/c we're more sensable and tend to worry a little more. Prove to her that she's you better half and all the little problems won't matter.

She feels like you are too demanding and you want her to be everything to you. She just wants to be treated like your wife...basically with respect and love.

you got to treat her a little better then you do.let her know you what a women worth.make her feel special. Run bubble baths for her. massage her feet.
