Yes, but the problem is, some companies use things that block you even getting to a site such as this. Its referred to as proxy avoidance (at least, that's what the stupid thing at work says when I try to go to a site like this). There's no getting around it.
PS. I just remembered, the service my company uses is called "Websense". It blocks everything. I can't even access personal email (like yahoo) from work.

There's a website called schoolmyspace where you type in whatever site and can go to it no problem. Kinda like yours without downloading anything.
