lettuce and carrots apples,cut into small pieces and dont let rot in cage.. you can also buy hay at the pet store this helps with their digestion.. of course keep hamster food in at all times ....try getting a wheel or some tubing pvc pipe works as long as its lg enough i dont have hamsters but have pair of guinea pigs and a pair of chinchillas. they are the same and my wife has 3 gerbils...

They eat nuts and seeds.
for fun they like tunnels and wheels that they can run in. In addition they like to be inside a specially made clear plastic ball that you seal them up in. That allows them to roll around all over the house and get exercise at the same time without getting behind the furniture, etc.

Hamsters can eat pellets,fruit,the usually but i dont know alot about them!!

You go to the pet store and ask for hamster food!!!! It has nuts, sunflower seeds and maize. Hamsters like those wheels to run around and around on!
They also eat raisins!!!

They love strawberries for dessert. Just slice it up. They also like carrots, celery, and I know this is not a vegetable but sunflower seeds.

hamsters eat sunflowerseeds and salads sliced eggs cucumbers grapes apples and they eat hamsterfood at a petstore (recomended)
they love to sleep and climb in tubes and spin on a hamster wheel

you can get wood that is good for hamsters, plus it sharp there teeth, nuts are good as well, like sunflower seeds, and small bits of veg like carrot,

they like long rounded tubes and they like sunflower seeds, and if you buy coconut they LOVE it! Also they love it when u buy a dried fruit medely bag and just give em little bits of them.... OHH THEY ALSO LOVE RAISINS AND CORN KERNELS!
