Which newspaper article would be good to change into a short story for my project?

I was thinking of changing the Holly Wells & Jessica Chapman article into a short story but people advise me not to.
Now, i am looking for an article, prefrebally quite old, but to do with murder maybe to change

And another problem is, where can i get this article? Are there any free sites online where i can get one?

I'd say do a short story on the Dr. Shipman murders from the point of view of an injected victim. How they felt safe in the hands of their doctor, being drowsy, and going to sleep. For added effect the patient could be nervous about going to see a doctor but thinks it's OK because they're professionals. You wouldn't have to go into deep medical details from that point of view while indirectly addressing the abuse of morals and ethics of the murders. Remember to mention the hypocratic oath.
