Are you certain you have the right Sezer? President Ahmet Sezer of Turkey (BB's Sezer is also Turkish) is in loads of legal action but an exhaustive search on BB's Sezer has produced nothing. In fact the only place there is any hint of legal action with channel 4 is on this question..................

Sezer is a tw*t and should be hanged!!! (why does noboby say hung?) Maybe sezer is an alien and Channel 4 threatened to tell?

I didn't know that he had taken legal action and can only imagine that its for either not letting him go up in the public vote for getting back into the secret house in the last week and/or inviting for the final week shows (BBLB, BBBM and the final).
I don't recall any of the presenters saying anything slanderous publicly.

yeh its a BIG publicity stunt he did not get it from being a big brother winner so he has to get it somehow and he has chosen to take legal action against channel 4... it doesn't take a genius to work that one out

no but am sticking around to find out. Could it be becasue they excluded him from the final (possible breach of contract)? Could it be that someone said something libellous... the plot thickens...
