Then she is not really your friend. She is a *****! I had a girl do that to me and it still happens. It stems from their lack of self esteem and jealousy. Otherwise she really hates you.
If it matters to you, confront her next time you catch her doing it. You deserve better. Just make sure that you don't do what she does to other people because it won't make you any better.

Obviously, this person isn't your friend if they say things behind your back. I had former friends like that, they were either great friends with me, or they hated my guts and said some nasty things about me. I just ignored it, but that's because I have really high self esteem, and I don't really care about what others have to say about me. I am fine with myself. Don't worry, this person sounds like they are jealous of you and want to say mean things. The "appropriate" revenge is just to not care. It bugs people who have low self esteem issues and they are trying to hurt other people.

There could be many reasons for him/her to be talkin about you.. it's could mean that they are jealous of you or maybe you did something that hurt them and thats their way or gettin back at you either which way.. it's not nice and you should ask them about it maybe they well end up tellin you why they are talkin about you..and if not start doin the same thing back to him/her...2 can play at that game! Let them know what it feels like

Well you shouldn't be friends with that person if they are talking behind your back because it's not cool when people talking behind your back that's not a true friend.

if this girl talks about u behind ur back, shes probably jealous and it makes her feel better about herself to put u down. u should confront her and tell her to stop. If she doesnt then just hang out w/ kids who are nicer. u dont need "friends" who are just going to be mean to u.

Sorry but that is NOT a friend! I would tell him/her how you feel and let them know that it hurts your feelings. If it happens again, end the friendship. You deserve to be respected and should demand it!

Have u treid confronting her about this? if she does this and u knoaw about, then she may know that u know and as long as ur not saying anything she my continue. And if she's saying bad things u may not want to call her a friend

Dump your friend. I had a friend like that years ago when I was in high school. The best thing I did for myself was dumping her and getting that negativity out of my life.

confrunt your friend ask him/her why she keeps talking about you. your 'friend' cant be a real friend if he/she keeps making you feel so sad, maybe your betta off without your him/her
