Have Kenmore Sewing machine bobbin winder not working-changed lg " o" ring. Now what still won't work. Help.

Make sure that when you shift the bobbin spindle over to the right, that it's actually contacting the o-ring. It may be that the clutch in the wheel-thingie on the side may not be engaging. If this is the case, you might need a repairman's help.
