I turned it on yesterday and they were talking about how the "power of three" have escaped death and they have a new blonde witch cousin. What is going on??

They faked their deaths last season. Billie is Page's whitelighter charge, not a cousin. They used glamor spells to hide their true faces. Pretended to be their own cousins to stay in the house and care for the boys.
Last season and not that great.

Wouldnt it be good if in a couple of years time they started making another series of charmed but set right into the future with the girls older and the young boys doing all the magic? I missed the episode when Leo went out of it, and i still havent seen it. Missed the last 3 episode too. Will have to watch channel 4 then wont i?

It depends what season you are on. The series is over in the US. The blonde is like a little witch intern. Not cousin. At the end of the previous season, the sisters faked their deaths so they could live a "normal" life.
