The framing of your question shows that you already have a negative conception in mind. So really, what is the point in answering?
However, if someone is actually transexual (ie has completed gender reassignment surgery), then they would be men or women (depending on the direction of their surgery) and would fall into your above classification for men and women. So, no third option is necessary.

A transexual is someone who has changed their body to the other sex. So, if you call men studs, than a transexual who has changed from female to male would be called a stud. For transexuals who have changed from male to female, and you call women sluts, then you would call them sluts.
