In looking at the news the other day - one seller in this one particular neighborhood had resorted to including a new car with the purchase of their house!! It was a large subdivision and a lot of the home were up for sale. That's extreme! A bonus sounds good - maybe for a 27 inch TV or a nice b-b-q grill - something for whoever buys it that's affordable for the price range of the house.

WOW!! If I understand it correctly, You want to sell a house, somewhere, for only $27,000.00. Where would that be???? More description would be important.

Consider Ebay or a Real Estate site to sell it.
Retirees are looking for small economical homes everywhere..

So Good Luck finding an outlet.

Put up a sign and fliers in the town - if you legally own the house than you can seel it however you want for how much you want.

go with a brokage company in your area. you'll have a lic realitor that will have connections. of course, you'll have to pay them a percentage but it's worth it. i know i'm a RE agent.

I've seen the new car gimmick, too. Don't know whether it gets results.
