y does it happen that u take the ppl u love d most 4 granted .... u presume them 2 know that yes u love them ... why do v hav 2 say everything 2 express it ... y dont ppl get to know u inside out after having bin wid u 4 long .... y do v always have to SAY that v LOVE them???

I used to think exactly the same way as you...so I know exactly where you are coming from.
I finally worked it out...I didnt tell people that I loved them because they should already know that I do...I wouldnt tell people that I loved because of my own insecurities I simply wouldnt or couldnt open up..People do know that you love them..but they need to be reassured now and again (and so do you)..I decided to try opening up and showing and telling people I love them..since doing that my life and my relationships have got so much better.. we are all so much closer now and everyone feels so much better about each other.
I started by giving someone a simple hug..try it please what have you got to lose ..I guarantee that you and they will feel better.

People are wonderful, frail things. We are most precious because we are not complete without other people in our lives. We need to honor and recognize this - that is what saying "I love you" is about. We give voice to how important and precious someone else is to us. The "burden" of having to recognize this is something we should do joyfully - for it is a gift to have someone in our lives that we can love.

It is part of life to express ones emotions. Saying that you love somebody is not a bad thing. Saying and showing that you love somebody is even better. People feel good about themselves when another says that they care about them. Its part of being human.
