what kind of wieght are you looking for, fat or muscle? Muscle is mostly protien (did I spell that right?) so protien for muscle and make sure that your meals are balanced it is better to eat 4 or 5 small meals a day than 3 large one. Your system get more out of it. hope that help some.

Try to get hold of "The eat right Diet Book". It is based on your blood group, and will explain to you what to eat and what not. Used it myself and gained 10kg in 10 months.

Try high carb food like pasta or bread. Don't over eat on junk food because thats just unhealthy. Alfrefo sauce also is fatty. Or ask your doctor.

Cheesecake is about the most fattening food out there. You should also try those progain shakes because they have a lot of calories and nutrients too.
