You are born with a photographic memory it generally doesn't develop over the course of your life... Though it is possible you'd really have to start training your mind at a very young age like between three and five years old...

Unless this is a play on words, in which case you can have your photographic memory developed at Walgreens in just under an hour for a reasonable price: That's life, this is Walgreens!

Well, I imagine it would take some work if you were going to try develop it. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible. I believe the scientific name for a photographic memory is and eidetic memory. Some of the websites below should help. It's a useful skill to have, most definitely.

isn't photographic memory our normal memory to some extent? I mean if we see something or experience it, we can probably imagine it.
And when we learn something new, we have to understand it to remeber it, I can only do that by making a mental image of it, even if it is vocabulary or conceptual. I guess, i don't think i know what i'm talking about

Its hard sometimes. i have one but i get distracted and have to like restart thinking about it. u just think of a moment and see something. I get weird things like day Zea voo and i see memorys from different angles

u cud... get a poster on ur bedroom wall or summat, then stare @ it 4 ages until u can remember evrything about it, then close ur eyes nd think bout wat it looks like, then Hey presto! u probably already have a partly photograhic memory, u just have an overexaggerated opinion of what 1 is. hope this helps!!
