At my brothers middle school they changed their grading system to like... O, U, S and this crazy stuff... it honestly confuses the crap out of me..

I feel like ppl r getting to politcly correct and are afraid to hurt anyones feelings... and teachers started grading in purple because they though red ink would hurt the kids feelings and make him feel stupid...

what do u think of all this pc stuff?

The US is going to "politically correct itself" to death. The kids coming out of schools these days are so stupid they will only be able to get work at fast food restaurants... and then only if the cash registers tell them how much change to give back.

The few "nerds" and "geeks" that do study and get the grades will end up running the country and stepping on all the jocks and clique girls.

BTW, Loretta, if you were more intelligent, you wouldn't see red ink all the time...

I work in a school and we haven't started doing any of this. We still have A, B, C, etc, and we use any color ink we feel like.

So true, we cant hurt the stupid kids feelings anymore. It is very sad our education system is being dumbed down to the lowest scoring kids so that they dont feel "left out"

Its rediculous. In the UK we have almost completely lost our cultural identity because we pander to immigrants. I think we should drop all this political correctness and just be generally respectful to each other, that should be enough.
