Many school districts have free or low cost tutoring during the school year, then many have fun programs in the summer for all sorts of skills like math and reading. Try asking the counsellor at his school, or asking the principal if there is no counsellor.

There are some online games that help with recall skills, but I would reccomend looking into direct contact opportunities first.

Go to a computer game section and look there. I had a game called alge-blaster when I was younger. They are always coming out with new educational games for kids of all ages.
