Well, in hogs, the female is a gilt until she is bred; then she's a sow. A castrated male is a barrow.

I would think the same nomenclature applies to wild boar. After all, a female bear is a sow too.

The term for a female boar is "female boar" - if it's a wild animal. Boar is the name of the species, not sex, unlike domestic pigs.
