No, even if he does the people won't leave. Once and idiot always an idiot. Furthermore the mayor shouldn't have to tell them to leave, common sense should do that. But it's obvious they don't have any. You don't build or rebuild a city below sea level and then claim to have common sense, it just doesn't add up.

am I the only idiot that didn't know that New Orleans is below sea level? why has there EVER been a city there to begin with!!! and they want to rebuild??? learn from the mistakes! Move on, let that wonderful city never be forgotten, but left... i dont know why anyone thought a "levee" would ever hold under a major storm when you live in a fish bowl!!! I hope Mayor Chocolate (as Sean Hannity calls him) has mandatory evacuations if it were to happen
