most of the girls from schools i know are dressing like bitches(sorry for the expresion) but this is it!!why they can't have no decency???

They are dressing like that because 1. They have no confidence in themselves and have to dress like someone else just to feel better. or 2. They really are "bitches". This is just a phase, I hope. After High School you realize things that you "thought" mattered then, don't really have any importance now.

They are apparently trying to dress like the actors and singers and people on shows like Jerry Springer. Ten years from now they will look at their pictures from today and be horrified.
