Two persons answer was 'MANOJ KUMAR' in reply to question - Who is the most nationalist filmactor of Hindi Cinema ? While One got 100% votes and best answer award, the other got nothing. Why? Why Points were not shared equally or why both were not awarded 10 points each?

Because the computer can't give 10 points each. Was the other answer first? Because that's probably the way people voted. It's up to the whim of the people voting if the questioner has opted not to choose for themselves.

I feel that if two persons answers are correct, the person whose answer came first to get 100% and other similar answers to be ignored.
If we take a situation of both being awarded, one can misuse this method by selecting best answer and copy the same for posting it with his/her id to earn points without sweats.

When voting on answers, you get one vote only. If another voter had voted and picked your correct answer the it would have been 50-50. Other than that, don't know.
