Cut down on junkfood if you eat it. Maybe try looking on websites for low carb foods. Eat fruits after every meal. Never skip a meal because that just makes you more hungry for the next one. It takes a lot of exercise to start building muscle, first you would lose some weight before getting muscle. Try runing around the block and doing crunchs. Even if you don't lose any weight, excercising can still make u look in shape.

Avoid high sugar content foods as well as high fat. Eat lots of whole grains, like cereals with lowfat milk. (Shredded Wheat, Raisin Bran, etc.) and a little bit of vegetable (beans, carrots, etc.) Try to keep it below 2000 calories a day. Go for a brisk walk for 30 to 60 minutes per day and you will lose weight. Maybe only 2 pounds a week or so, but it will be more likely to stay off than if you go on crash diets and lose it too fast.

Limit yourself to a certain number of calories. I limited myself to 600 a day and lost 30 pounds in 3 and a half weeks. just make sure you drink plenty of water and it would probably be smart to take a multivitamin. As a rule, if you eat 600 to 700calories a day you generally loose weight. 800 to 1100 is usually maintaining weight. 1200 plus is just putting it all back on. by doing this i am now down to 138 and still counting and I'm 5'9 and 15. IF IT WORKED FOR ME IT WILL WORK FOR YOU!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

When you are sitting down watching TV then get some weights and lift them while you watch TV..... I have the Leslie Sansome walk away the pounds video and I can do that video in my bedroom. You pretty much in same spot but you will burn calories and you won't have to pay a fitness center. Its not very hard just alot of marching in place and arm movements. Gets your heart going and burning fat.

You need to reduce your calorie intake and continue with excercise. Your family doctor will tell you exactly how many calories you need to lose weight so yo uwill do it safely. Find things to do that are fun for you like playing tennis or going for walks. The most important thing to do is to start and don't give up.

Hi
Try this plan it really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

Trust me it takes a lot of heavy weights to build up muscles. You go ahead and exercise. Even walking. But you have to watch what you eat too. If your exercising and eating burgers and fries your not going to lose weight
Good Luck

there are lots of things you can do. if yo have children, take them outside and chase them around the yard or go for a walk. if you have a small child(a baby) use him/her as weight training. lift them over your head or work them into an exercise routine. when your cooking dinner, use big cans from the pantry or something like that and lift them while you work. you just have to get creative. make everyday chores into excercise sessions.

stop eating any carbs it works the best, no carbs no sugar, and walk for at least a mile everyday. if you can't walk, then dance around the house and clean everything, it helps, just keep moving. I lost like 20lbs in 3 weeks doing the no carbs, no sugar diet.
