If I was a professional stuntman, and I was injured whilst performing a stunt which went wrong I could hardly prosecute my colleagues could I?
Professional stuntmen are hired to take risks, it's an occupational hazzard when, even with all the precautions, they get hurt, it's a known part of the job.

Cab drivers know that occasionally they may provide a transportation service for someone who refuses to pay, after having recieved a 'free' ride. Again, it's an occupational hazzard, part of the job.

So, if a whore doesn't get paid, should she be allowed to cry 'rape'?

And, assuming she had cried rape on a non-paying customer, what if during the investigation the customer subsequently came up with the payment? Would the customer still have to answer the fabricated rape charge?

Oh, and by the way, Stuntmen and Cab Drivers pay their taxes, yet they do not abuse the law.

Whores pay no tax and abuse the law.

How on Earth can that be fair?

Now, think about it truly. The three occupations that you are comparing are all different, and contrast in varying ways. Where are you going when you compare a stuntman/woman here? The difference is when you say that when a stuntman gets hurt, he/she doesn't really have the right to prosecute their employer. That's mostly true in all cases, because most likely their employer doesn't make the CONSCIOUS decision to hurt the stuntman/woman. When you rape someone, you're most likely making the CONSCIOUS decision to forcing yourself on someone that doesn't consent with the sex and tells you NO. And then you bring up a cab driver as a comparision. The person refusing to pay IS braking the law, and if caught, will most likely BE PROSECUTED. Lastly, you bring up the taxes. Just because you don't pay taxes and abuse the law in a very minimal way doesn't mean that you shouldn't get your rights. You'll most likely just BE PROSECUTED by the law. And what is this about the, "if the whore doesn't get paid, should they be allowed to cry 'rape'?". A whore doesn't get paid to get raped... because if they are getting raped, then it still wouldn't be consentual in the first place.

You seem to have a compulsion to antagonise. Are you bored?
Do whores cry "Rape" when they aren't paid?
I have never asked one if she felt the need.
Besides, if she says no and then gets raped- she is raped-which ever way you look at it.
On the other hand, if she fabricated a rape case then SHE WOULD be open to prosecution.
And don't be so down on the paying taxes thing- down and outs and panhandlers don't either, but I wouldn't like any of those three lifestyles. Would you?

Whores, as you call them, or Prostitutes offer a service in return for payment. It is a business deal based on an understanding that the client gets what he wants, and the service provider gives the service. The Service is sex.

Rape is not about sex. It is about violence and misogyny. Violence is not always about deeds. Nor is misogyny (a hatred of women).

Your post seems to me to be ignorance of the facts of rape, and based in a general misogyny and verbal mischief.

Shame on you.

Clueless Dude,

1. Rape is non consensual sex by force. It does not matter who you are or what your profession. In other words, if you rape a prostitute, it is still rape.

2. A woman can lie about being raped. The idea that only women prostitutes lie about being raped is absurd.

Making a law that lets it be open to one segment of the population to be open season for sexual predators is pretty dumb.

Your stuntman ecxample is incorrect.
In your 'cab driver' example, it may be a hazard of the job, but it is still illegal to refuse to pay a cab driver his leagl fare, after being transported.
so, both your examples are non sequiters to your question.

you sound like a misogynist

Paranoid people do have real enemies sometimes and whores could be forced to have sex against their wish with or without pay that would be rape. Whores are people too.

Rape can happen anyone, whether they get paid for sex or not.
It's a matter of consent. If you do not understand this, I pity any women you come across.

Prostitutes get paid BEFORE, not after.

Everyone has the right to refuse to have sex.

What ... you can't get a regular woman to sleep with you so you are trying to figure out how to beat a prostitute out of her fee?
